We will begin reading our new novel “Charlie & The Chocolate Factory” this week. We continue our work with Daily 5 reading centers to gain independence in their mastery of skills.
Language Arts & Spelling:
This week and next will be a review of pronouns in language arts. There will be a

We will continue to focus on procedures for our writer’s workshop, focusing on our biographical narrative essays on famous Americans. Spelling will also have a review week with
a test on Monday, March 17th.

We will resume our math unit on fractions. If you have any questions regarding grades for math, please contact your child’s math teacher since it may not be their homeroom teacher.

We will focus on our pamphlet project from the southern region of the U.S. this week along with continuing our biographical narrative project for our Living Museum.
